International Tattoo Festival begins at Pattaya City Walk.
On Friday Afternoon, the grand opening ceremony took place at the new Pattaya City Walk, located next to the Royal Garden Plaza for the 2nd Jimmy Wong’s International Tattoos Festival. The event is taking place this weekend and features over 200 tattoo artists from around the world. The event will also focus on Thai traditional tattoos which are becoming more popular with foreigners. Tattoo artists from all over Asia, Europe and America are taking part in the event which is a must see if you want to learn more about Tattoo’s or if you would like a tattoo.
